Tristan, who joined us as a Digital Marketing Apprentice, highlighted how our approach differed from other companies. He gained practical marketing skills, valuable insights from our team, and opportunities to attend client meetings, which boosted his confidence and experience. Tristan joined us in 2022 and has advanced from apprentice to Content Executive to Junior Digital Marketing Account Manager and is now serving as Digital Marketing Account Manager.

Georgina, one of our current apprentices, shared her experience as a “mature” apprentice with a diverse work history. She described our workplace as the most welcoming and supportive workplace she has encountered, emphasising our commitment to professional growth, mental health, and wellbeing. In just eight months, she has seen significant growth in her knowledge, skills, and confidence through hands-on learning and collaborative opportunities.

I have been on the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer course for around seven months now, and the knowledge I have gained in that time is unfathomable. Changing careers at any point in your life is daunting, especially when you lack the qualifications or experience. However, Apprentify made it possible for me to kickstart my career in marketing as seamlessly as possible. I cannot explain how valuable the opportunity to work in the field whilst studying has been or how much being able to apply this knowledge to real-world scenarios has helped develop my understanding. “I began my Level 3 Digital Marketing apprenticeship in May 2022, delivered by Apprentify, who provided ongoing theory training and interactive classroom sessions to help build my fundamental knowledge. My work placement was with Extramile, it was here that I would get to work alongside their digital marketing team, putting my new skills to the test in real world applications. After my apprenticeship I spent 9-10 months as Content Executive, before I was promoted to my current position of Junior Digital Marketing Account Manager. A fantastic demonstration of the opportunity and career development offered by Extramile. I now manage several of my own clients, handling technical SEO and content planning, strategy and implementation, working to deliver measurable results that align with our clients business objectives.”
